My favorite BFA project, for all of the out-of-the-box thinking it entailed, was the honeybee poster. I enjoyed the challenge of having to combine a variety of mediums into a single cohesive piece. It was neat to be able to die-cut the edges into a giant stamp! What is a memorable or favorite project of someone else in the class that isn't your own? Ali's Sausalito identity project was most memorable for me. I appreciated how sophisticated everything was in terms of the logo mark, color pa! lette, and the identity guide itself. The story of Pyramid Peak begins in the year 1988. At that time Axel Stupplich and Andreas Morsch - both from Leverkusen/Germany - met through a common friend. Axel Stupplich, born 1967, had his first contacts with electronic music when he was 13. He was impressed by the music of JMJarre, Tangerine Dream, Kitaro and Gandalf. Andreas Morsch, born in 1966, was fascinated by electronic music too but besides JMJarre and Tangerine Dream he was impressed especially by the music of Klaus Schulze. With a small equipment they started - first everyone for his own - to make their own music and since 1988 they founded the band "Digital Dream". Their first releases were the tapes Space and The Second followed by the tape Digital Mind in 1989. 1990 the two tapes Fractals and Sternenmusik were released and Axel and Andreas started their first steps to make this music a little bit popular. The last tape of them was called Explorer and it was recorded in 1991. After this last tape Andreas st! opped to make music because of healthy reasons. in 1995 Axel met Uwe Denzer and he gave fresh impetus into the music. As a first act they changed the pseudonym into Pyramid Peak because even Andreas and Axel were not very happy about the old name for a certain time. Murdochs appearing before UK press inquiry

Rupert Murdoch and his son James are giving evidence before the Leveson inquiry which was instituted by the UK government in the wake of a hacking scandal. The News Of The World, the Murdoch-owned newspaper which was at the centre of the scandal, was forced to shut down amid a huge public outcry over the practice. John Ryley, the head Sky News, which is part owned by the Murdoch's News Corporation, has also admitted to illegal activity after conceding emails had been hacked by the British broadcaster. Since I was a little kid I have always been facinated by the piano even though I couldn't play it. In my early teens my parents gave me an electric keyboard with about 48 keys with no weighted hammer action. I spend many hours on this keyboard learning many single handed cover music only by ear, because I didn't knew how to read sheet music back then. In my late teens I stopped playing the keyboard probably because I thought it was too silly to play at. I wanted to play on a real piano not a cheap 4 polyphonic keyboard with a bad sound. Neither my parents or I could afford a piano so I gave up that idea completely. Years later I left home (got a dorm) an! d began studying at the University of Copenhagen. Even though my life was great, I still had this tiny feeling of something were missing in my life. Even though it might seems very obvious what the "cure" was, it wasn't really that obvious to me. But when it did, I realized, that there were other options than purchase a real expensive piano.
